Program: Bridges to Success/Next Steps

Anthony is a 24-year-old creative man diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder who enjoys writing songs and producing beats. But he knew he needed to attend college to have something to fall back, so he took Psychology, Computer Technology, Health, Business and Japanese literature courses at Pace University. Later, he graduated and was valedictorian of his class.

He came to Goodwill NYNJ in 2014 seeking to find a job and to improve his social skills. He needed to pay his bills. Our Bridges to Success program helped him find the perfect program for this point in his life.

Anthony aspires to be a successful rapper, producer and entrepreneur. His dream is to own a recording studio and live independently in LA while performing under his rap name, Anthonoloy.

For now, Anthony works at a JC Penny’s store Men’s department in Queens where he provides great customer service. But when he goes home at night, he produces beats with different computer programs to sharpen this talent inspired by underground 90’s rap music. Anthony is working towards his dream!
