Program: NJ Long Term Follow-Along

Hakiema is a 45-year-old woman with a learning disability in Roselle, NJ. As a crossing guard, she struggled to make ends meet. She came to us to see how we could help her transform her life.

We set her up with a job coach. Through our training, Hakiema learned how to refine herself by enhancing her communication skills. She also learned how to better manage her money.

Not only is she happier and stronger than ever before; now many are calling her “hero.” She recently saved a person’s life from a speeding car while on the job.
