If you’re still in the store, ask store staff to make a copy of your receipt and email it with your name and rewards card number to Goodwill’s customer service department. If you discover when you get home that the points weren’t provided, call (718) 777-6418 or email with your name, rewards card number, date of purchase, ticket number and pre-tax subtotal. We will add the points.

Please check specific store hours for the location nearest to you on our Store Locator page.

You will earn 1 rewards point for every $4 you spend before tax. When you’ve earned 50 points, you can take $5 off your purchase on the next transaction.

Goodwill NYNJ will still require masks at all store, donation centers, program and administrative locations until further notice. While we are aware that the current guidance doesn’t require masks for vaccinated individuals, we won’t screen the vaccination status of our shoppers or donors. The (NY or NJ) state Department of Health still “strongly recommends” the use of masks indoors when the vaccination status of all the people present is unknown. We’ll continue reviewing our protocol over the coming weeks to stay aligned with health guidance and industry practice. Updates on our mask policy will be communicated as they become available.
